1. Bear Hug "." and Special Bear Hug "." represent the name of the story we are studying for that week. (You will find the "Special Bear Hug" stories at the end of your Hopper Celebration Book.)

2. In the Cubbie program we use a point system to encourage the children to learn Bible verses. The points are used to determine who will be the Cubbie of the month and the Honorable Mention for the month

3. There are many ways for the Cubbies to earn extra bonus points. They are listed as follows:

a. Misc Bonus - There will be bonus points given for weeks that are noted for bonus verse or bonus activities 
b. Under the Apple Tree - Each week you and your child can do a special activity, which is located at the right of the Bear Hug story for that week. These will earn your child extra points.
c. When your cubbie brings a friend, their Bible, and missionary money, they earn extra points for that week.
